“Clusters: Case of the Missing” by T.M. Williams opens with a search party looking for a seven-year old girl, Olivia Baxter, and her dog, who vanished while playing in the front yard.  One week later the girl’s body was found in her closet, even though the home was thoroughly investigated.  Ethan Franco, a journalist for the Washington Gazette, begins an investigation into the mysterious disappearance and subsequent death of Olivia and other unexplained cases of disappearances.  He believes he finds a connection to the cases and suddenly finds himself under surveillance by the government.  Not knowing who to trust, Franco joins forces with a small town sheriff to try to put together the missing pieces of what suddenly seems to go deeper than missing persons.
